Join us at Tribal Soul Sanctuary for a day of Tribal Art.

In this class you will learn different techniques of expression through art therapy. You don't need to have any art experience or skills as this is a purely an expressive art class where the "doing" is more important than the outcome.

During Dreaming Time  we will explore our deepest dreams and aspirations. Enjoy an uplifting and empowering guided meditation and sound bath in one of our amazing FLOAT silk hammocks. Then get creative making your very own dream vision board to take home.

With easy-to-follow instructions and no wrong way to create art Tribal Art is a fun way to connect with yourself and other likeminded people.

Tribal Soul Sanctuary will provide all the art and craft supplies for you to create your very own Dream Vision Board.  But we do need some help with old magazines you don't mind cutting up. If you have any spare we will greatly appreciate it.

We will provide tea, coffee during the session.

What’s provided: all art supplies including a canvas.

What to bring: 

• old magazines that you dont mind cutting up.
• a printed photo of yourself size 6x8inches or 8x10 inches
• Bottle of water
