There was a time—through the whirlwind of my 20s and 30s—where I lived disconnected from my own truth. Like many women, I had learned to say “yes” to everyone but myself. I filled my days caring for others, overextending, holding things together, and hiding my exhaustion behind a smile. I lost touch with my body, my boundaries, and my joy. Deep down, I knew I wasn’t living as the woman I was meant to be—I was surviving, not thriving.
It wasn’t until my health forced me to stop that I finally began to listen. What started as physical symptoms quickly became a spiritual awakening. I was being called—gently and persistently—back to myself.
And that calling led me to sound.
I still remember the first time I laid down for a soundbath. It was both beautiful and raw—emotions surfaced that I had buried for years. But instead of pushing them away, I felt held. Something ancient stirred within me, and I knew I had found the medicine my soul had been craving.
That single experience changed the trajectory of my life. I enrolled in a Diploma of Sound Healing, and since then, sound has become my anchor, my teacher, and my offering to the world. My instrument collection continues to grow—each one chosen intuitively and with reverence. I love exploring frequencies, crafting new soundscapes, and creating sonic spaces where others can return to stillness, just as I did.
But my healing path didn’t end with sound—it only began there.
To offer truly holistic support, I’ve immersed myself in the study of many sacred modalities. I’ve trained in Crystal Shamanism, Crystal Healing, Reiki (Levels I, II & Master), Seichem, Women’s Circle Facilitation, Inner Child Healing, Massage Therapy, and the AromaTouch Technique. These studies have allowed me to weave powerful tools into a seamless tapestry of healing—offering deeply intuitive, heart-led sessions that honour the body, mind, heart, and soul.
I am a creative free spirit with a grounded approach, holding space with compassion, humour, and presence. I don’t claim to be perfect—I’m still learning, growing, and expanding. I receive frequent sacred downloads, spiritual upgrades, and new ways of understanding how to better serve. My practice is always evolving, just as I am.
I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering who we are.
It’s about unlearning the noise of the world and returning to the quiet wisdom that has always lived within.
