However, it may be: Transferred to another person if you’d like someone to attend in your place, or Credited towards a Float Soundbath, Healing Energy Fusion class, or a future Reiki Level 1 training date. ✨ Please note: No exceptions to this policy apply. Cancellation Policy
At Tribal Soul Sanctuary, all Reiki trainings are held in a sacred and supportive space. To ensure clarity and respect for both students and facilitator, please take note of the following policies: 📅 Booking & Deposits A $50 deposit is required to secure your place in Reiki training. Deposits are non-refundable should you change your mind or be unable to attend. Your deposit may be transferred: To another person if you would like someone to attend in your place, or Credited towards a Float Soundbath, Healing Energy Fusion class, or a future Reiki Level 1 training date. No exceptions apply to this policy. 💲Payments The remaining balance is due on the day of training and may be paid in cash or via PayID. Payment plans are available upon request. Please contact Kim directly on 📞 0468 489 450 to arrange a suitable schedule prior to training day. ⏰ Attendance & Punctuality Training begins promptly at 10:00am. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. If you are late, you may miss essential content or the opening meditation — please respect the group by arriving on time. Should you be unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your booking may be transferred according to the deposit policy above. 🌿 Student Commitment Reiki is both a spiritual and practical path. Students are encouraged to: Participate fully in the day’s practices. Commit to the 21-day self-healing practice following attunement. Honour the Reiki Principles as part of their personal growth. Certificates of completion will be provided at the end of training. 🌸 Add-On Supports (Optional) Students may choose additional supports to deepen their journey, such as: One-on-One Reiki Integration Session 21-Day Personal Check-In with Daily Affirmations Sacred Digital Journaling Companion Kit Guided Meditation & Sound Healing Note: Add-On Supports are not refundable or transferable. 🙏 Respectful Space Our trainings are held in a safe, sacred, and inclusive space.
