Tribal Soul Sanctuary Wellness Workshop Policies Creating Sacred Space with Integrity & Respect At Tribal Soul Sanctuary, we are deeply honoured to hold space for your healing, growth, and soul realignment. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all participants, we ask that you please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following policies for our Wellness Workshop Series. These guidelines allow us to honour everyone’s time, energy, and commitment while upholding the spiritual integrity of the space we create together. Booking & Cancellation Policy Bookings are essential and can be made via our website, email, or phone: www.tribalsoulsanctuary.com.au healing@tribalsoulsanctuary.com.au 0468 489 450 Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee of $10. If you are feeling unwell, please kindly contact us to reschedule your session in advance. We encourage the practice of self-care and protecting the energy of the group. Refunds are not offered if you cannot attend. However, we offer one reschedule in good faith if sufficient notice is provided. IMPORTANT Refunds will strictly only be issued in the event that a workshop is cancelled by Tribal Soul Sanctuary. However, your booking is transferrable to a friend or family member should you wish to gift it.
